ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR: In 2007, after being ill for some time, (weak immune system, low-functioning organs, intense stress, and poor or little digestion) Joanie was open to anything that would help her heal. Her first trip to India offered her a rare chance to study Ayurveda, learning the principles and daily practices that eventually corrected her health and many stress-related issues. She has been incorporating it into her life ever since.
