Take your time in this inviting slow-paced vinyasa flow class. Just when you think it couldn’t get any more zen, we gently press the brake pedal even more into a yin style practice. You will be invited to further quiet the mind to reduce stress and promote relaxation with long passive holds designed to increase flexibility by lengthening deep connective tissues.
This class is accessible to all levels of practice and is a wonderful complement to the active pace of daily live and more athletic styles of yoga.
