Get your heart pumping, connect deeply with yourself and fellow detoxers, move freely, and challenge your default patterns of being. Find opportunities to clear out stale patterns that do not serve you to create peace of mind.
This two-hour class is taught in a heated room and is appropriate for those with yoga knowledge and experience.
Please bring a large water bottle and an extra towel. You are encouraged to drink plenty of water throughout the day and eat a clean meal at least one hour before class to adequately fuel and sustain your practice without weighing you down (i.e., please don’t slam down 🍕 🍔 🍟 right before class).
