Reclaim your strength with a two-hour master class focused on safe and grounded heart openers led by senior instructor Parker Bean.
This two-hour class is taught in a heated room and is appropriate for those with yoga knowledge and experience.
Please bring a large water bottle and an extra towel.
You are encouraged to drink plenty of water throughout the day and eat a clean meal at least one hour before class to adequately fuel and sustain your practice without weighing you down. Please don’t gulp down 🍕 right before class.
