Our community is made up of so many individuals—our practitioners, instructors, staff, volunteers, teacher trainees and folks just passing through Columbus, looking for a space to breathe and stretch their legs. We’re all on this crazy ride called life, but somehow, we ended up on our mats—together. No matter where we come from and no matter our pasts, we are here now with the opportunity to share experiences and interact in this community we call home. No need to leave your sh*t at the door; bring it on in. We like to keep things real.

Our vibrant yoga schedule offers class opportunities from Power Vinyasa, Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Gentle Yin. With more than 70 classes per week and a community of experienced instructors, Balanced Yoga is for students of all levels.
